Requires BA in PA or related field & 2 years municipal management.
Prefer MA, strongly prefer town manager or town administrator experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal relations, leadership &
management skills with well-rounded municipal management abilities.
Familiarity with unions, contracts & risk management.
